We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Submission process:

Please submit your return or exchange application through Gogosourcing customer service channels.

When submitting your application, please be sure to provide complete proof of purchase, quality inspection report, and your contact information.

After we receive your application, we will conduct a preliminary review and guide you through the subsequent process.


Precautions:

Please ensure that the returned goods are complete, including all accessories, instructions, etc.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or accidental events.

The selection of third-party testing agencies must comply with GGS requirements to ensure the fairness and accuracy of testing results.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.


Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
